Internally you will be trained by experienced colleagues, also follow external training. This may be in the field of refrigeration (KTA / STEK) or electronics, but also as part of Security and Environment (SCC **). You’re never finished studying. Smith-Holland is a member of the CLA for Metaal & Techniek, technische installatiebedrijven. Besides training and education we also offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Every year we have several internships available for enthusiastic mbo/vmbo students. You’ll work directly with experienced colleagues on the job instead of just watching from the sideline. This means an intensive introduction with our organization and our refrigeration work, while you will also gain valuable work experience Obviously as a trainee you’ll get good support from a supervisor. You’ll get full support in making the necessary training reports. Most required documentation are available. As a Rotterdam company, we expect you to work and there is of course a good training reward. In addition, we have the necessary clothing and equipment available for your use.
